PromethION 2 Integrated

The PromethION 2 Integrated (P2i) is a compact sequencing platform designed for medium-to-high-throughput projects. It features two integrated flow cells positions, an onboard compute module, and a built-in touchscreen for seamless operation, with a simple setup process that requires minimal installation.

The P2i enables users can run high accuracy or super accuracy basecalling, methylation calling, demultiplexing and alignment during the sequencing run, making it ideal for applications like whole-genome sequencing, transcriptomics, and microbiome studies.

The P2i comes with one year of standard support and one year of warranty as standard, and a remote installation support call to set up and install the device so it is ready to use.
