GridION Sequencing Device Mk1

The GridION is a flexible, medium-throughput sequencing device with five integrated flow cell positions and onboard high performance compute. It features a simple setup process and requires minimal installation, making it user-friendly and easy to operate.

The GridION is well suited for multiplexed sequencing of small whole genomes, such as viruses, bacteria or small eukaryotic genomes; metagenomics and targeted sequencing.

The GridION device comes with one year of standard support and one year of warranty as standard, and a remote installation support call to set up and install the device so it is ready to use.
